Jack Cadden, CPA

Jack Cadden is an Audit Partner with Tedder, James, Worden & Associates, P.A. and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of State University of New York at Albany.  He spent one year with General Electric before moving to Florida and beginning his six year public accounting career with KPMG.  Jack spent two years with Concord Management Limited, which is a division of CED Construction, as a controller before returning to public accounting and joining Tedder, James, Worden & Associates in 2000. 

Cadden’s engagement experience includes public and private companies spanning diverse industries such as not-for-profits, technology companies, real estate developers, agricultural producers and cooperatives, hotels, construction companies, and governmental agencies.  He has also assisted various clients with the SEC filings, acquisitions, divestitures, budgeting, cash flow modeling and analysis, equity restructuring, and bank financing.  Jack has also undertaken several performance measurement and benchmarking engagements for clients to assist them in improving their internal processes.

Professional and business affiliations include Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida; member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Construction Financial Managers Association, Seminole County Lake Mary Regional Chamber of Commerce and a participant and Class Project Committee Co-Chairperson in Leadership Seminole Class 2003. 

Cadden's community involvement includes serving as the immediate past chairman of the Leadership Seminole Executive Council, Hospice of the Comforter Community Advisory Board member, Girls and Boys Town of Central Florida Advisory Board member and America’s Charities Advisory Board member.  Jack is also a past treasurer of the Board of Directors for Hope & Help Center of Central Florida, Inc.

Jack and his beautiful wife Robin have been residents of Seminole County for 13 years.  They have two daughters who attend Woodlands Elementary School, part of Seminole County Public Schools.
