Community Leadership Development - through Leadership Seminole programs, we prepare and inspire leaders to address the challenges
facing Seminole County and foster a higher level of interaction among leaders.
Community Improvement - we've created & maintain a process where community leaders from all perspectives in
Seminole County can come together in a spirit of equality, trust & collaboration. We identify needs, then create &
deliver community-wide initiatives that will improve the quality of life in Seminole County and develop innovative partnerships
to capitalize on opportunities & challenges.
